📌 Refund Policy – Gatunu Store
Our commitment is to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. However, due to the nature of our products, we apply the following rules for refunds.
1️⃣ Refund Conditions
1.1. Refunds will only be granted in the following cases:
✅ Product with manufacturing defect .
✅ Error sending the order (incorrect model, size or item).
✅ Order lost by the carrier .
1.2. We do not provide refunds for the following cases:
❌ Personalized shirts (with name, number or patches chosen by the customer).
❌ Dissatisfaction with the size or model chosen by the customer.
❌ Damage caused by misuse or incorrect washing.
❌ Slight color variations due to lighting or device screen.
2️⃣ Application Deadline
2.1. The customer has up to 7 calendar days after receiving the order to request a refund.
2.2. The request must be made via email or WhatsApp support , with photos or videos that prove the problem.
3️⃣ Refund and Return Process
3.1. After the request is approved, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
3.2. The refund processing period is up to 7 business days .
3.3. If payment was made by credit card , the amount will be refunded to the invoice in accordance with the operator's rules.
3.4. Do not send the item back to the supplier's address . Please contact our support for the correct return address.
