2.2. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, PayPal and Google Pay .
2.3. Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation .
3️⃣ Shipping and Delivery
3.1. The delivery time for orders is 8 to 15 days , which may vary according to the region and will be informed to the customer at the time of purchase.
3.2. After shipping, the customer will receive a tracking code to track the delivery in real time.
3.3. Gatunu Store is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs retentions, strikes, holidays or adverse weather conditions.
4️⃣ Exchanges and Returns
4.1. We accept exchanges only in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors .
4.2. The deadline to request an exchange is up to 7 days after receiving the order .
4.3. The product must be unused, with intact labels and in the original packaging to be accepted for exchange.

5.2. The refund processing period is up to 7 business days .
